BOOK HEREVoice & Breath Walk by the Suir

Join Applefest Musician in Residence Kate Twohig and Maria Dargan of The Yoga Yard for a gentle guided walk along the banks of the River Suir, bringing together the sounds of nature, our breath and our human voice.

As we walk, we’ll slow down and pay attention to our surroundings: the sound of the river, the birds and trees, autumn’s changing light and each other’s presence.

Through simple breathwork, vocal exercises, chanting and song, we’ll explore how our voices connect us to each other and to the place we are walking through.

No singing experience is needed and there is no expectation to perform. This is simply an invitation to listen, breathe, walk and discover what voice might emerge.
