As per previous year, we also welcome quality food trucks with a diversity of food menus to ensure that there is plenty of variety and little overlap so that all traders do well. Fee for the day is €135 which includes the Tipp Coco casual trader's license. In line with our waste reduction policy, we encourage the public to bring their own plates, cups and cutlery and therefore would highly recommend that you incentivise reusables by offering a discount to people who make the effort. We also request that you use biodegradable packaging, are mindful of keeping volume to a strict minimum and bring your own bin.

We are also keen to showcase community groups with stands to display what they do and share their passion: in the past, we have hosted the Dragon's Paddlers, Suircan Environmental and Hedgerow Ireland. We would like to extend this to more local cultural groups and other NGOs and there is NO charge for participating. All we ask is that you bring your own table, gazebos and equipment.
